Radio and broadcast
Radio and broadcast: Alastair Greener on air
Alastair Greener is available for radio, television and podcast interviews on how the generations communicate, Generation Z at work, Generation Alpha and the multigenerational workplace. A former television presenter and business journalist who has hosted his own weekly radio show, he can join live or pre-recorded from his own studio.
Producers looking for a guest who can explain the generations clearly, with UK numbers rather than American ones, and who is at ease on air: Alastair spent more than a decade presenting on television, hosted a weekly radio show, and was the cruise industry's spokesperson on American television and radio for the Cruise Lines International Association. He now hosts the fortnightly Generationally Speaking podcast, 44 episodes and counting.
Topics
Generation Z at work and the "lazy and entitled" myth; why younger people will not answer the phone and older people will not stop sending cards; feedback, hybrid working and the five-generation workplace; Generation Alpha and the phones-in-schools debate; Generation Beta; social media use from 8 year olds to the over 78s; reverse mentoring; retirement and reinvention; and public speaking, as President of the Professional Speaking Association UK and Ireland for 2026. Every claim comes with a number from his research.
Practicalities
Alastair joins from his own studio for remote interviews, live or pre-recorded, and travels to studios in London and the South of England.
