Working with partner company Present Yourself Ltd and Generationally Speaking has commissioned two major studies with leading survey company Dynata. Both surveys were conducted without the respondents being aware the results were going to look at generational differences which allowed for completely neutral and unbiased date. The data gathered from these insights have been instrumental in helping Alastair’s research in to understanding generational differences and communication habits.
Generations in the Workplace Study 2023
This study of over 110 Human Relations professionals, explores how the presence of four generations in workplaces impacts HR management, staff turnover, and intergenerational collaboration. It reveals key challenges organizations face, such as managing retention across age groups and navigating generational differences in work behaviours and expectations.
This study highlights actionable insights into fostering intergenerational harmony and tackling HR difficulties effectively.
Communication Habits and Preferences 2024
This survey over 4,000 individuals dives into generational differences in communication habits and preferences for devices and platforms, and workplace dynamics. The survey also included over 200 from the next generation to enter the workplace – Generation Alpha.
